Overall team / department purpose

This team is critical in enabling Livv Homes to grow the Shared Ownership and Rent to Buy offer in order to generate a surplus to regenerate back into the wider group. This involves increasing both the brand awareness and product offer and positioning the Group as a sector leader across the North West.

Key role priorities

-        This role is responsible for acting as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries to the Group.

-        This involves responsibility for administrative support for the Sales and Leasehold, RTB/RTA team.

Key working relationships

-        The role involves liaising with colleagues across the Group as required.

-        The role holder provides advice and guidance to the Group’s customers and works with external partners to support the Group’s tenants and leaseholders.

Main duties & responsibilities

-        Deal with customer and external partner enquiries in relation to Sales and Leasehold services, Rent to Buy and RTB/RTA ensuring the timely supply of comprehensive and up to date information.

-        Provide administrative support to the team to ensure we deliver a smooth service and meet all requirements relating to our customers.

-        Liaise with relevant departments in the administration and management of leasehold properties.

-        Carry out Shared Ownership, Leasehold and RTB/RTA and Rent to Buy duties in accordance with current legislation, ensuring best practice is adhered to.

-        Assist in the arrangement and co-ordination of meetings / forums when necessary.

-        Support the sales team with enquiries, applications, reservations, viewings and external customer visits.

-        Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

-        Ensure the handover process from development to sales and sales to leasehold management is in a timely fashion offering a seamless customer journey.

-        Ensure the Group’s financial regulations and procedures as appropriate are adhered to in respect of the payment of invoices and purchasing of goods or services.

-        Assist in ensuring that all targets and performance standards for the service area are met.

-        Develop and maintain good knowledge of Leaseholder and RTB processes and methodologies and utilise relevant technologies to support the services.

-        Complete any other tasks as commensurate with the level and nature of the posts as delegated by the role’s line manager.

Education & Qualifications

-        Housing qualification or equivalent experience (D).

Experience

-        Providing administrative support to a team (E).

-        Use of Microsoft packages to complete work tasks (E).

-        Dealing with customers face to face/ telephony environment (E).

Skills, knowledge & ability

-        Good written and verbal communication skills with people at all levels (E).

-        Ability to work to set targets (E).

-        Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (E).

-        Competent in a range of computer skills, including MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint (E).
